Olivia's Agent was present on the bridge in Budapest. After James Cole and José Ramse escaped the trap they were set by Olivia, she told her agent to follow Jennifer Goines to make sure Jennifer distributed the Kalavirus. The agent disagreed but complied. He showed up again in New York during the Chinese new year celebrations. He ordered Jennifer to set the virus free. He argued with Cole just before Cassandra Railly arrived and shot him and two associates to death.
