When Railly and Aaron went to the CIA to inform them that Operation Troy had gone awry, they met with Pratt. Pratt grudgingly agreed to work with Railly and Cole to contain the M5-10 virus. Afterwards, Pratt made a deal with Aaron to let him and Railly go, in exchange for Aaron not releasing the files on Operation Troy to the press.
