Henri Toussaint was a doctor originally from Haiti. He had worked in the Night Room for the Markridge Group.

2013[]
Henri was present when a group of agents of the Army of the 12 Monkeys, led by the Pallid Man, broke into a Markridge laboratory and killed everyone except him and Jennifer Goines.
2014[]
Henri returned to his native country to help contain a viral outbreak. He worked with Cassandra Railly, with whom he became intimate. Cole splintered back to 2014 and, after helping Henri fight off the Pallid Man, he learned from Henri that the Night Room could be located because of the specialized equipment it used. Cole then killed Henri to prevent him from talking to anyone else.
